Bruce received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee in 1972 and merged with Bill Ray and Mark Bumgarner to form Ray, Bumgarner, Kingshill & Assoc., P.A in 1987. Bruce works closely with clients in the areas of tax planning, audit & assurance services and specializes in peer review services. Bruce is the current Chairman of the North Carolina Association of CPA’s Peer Review Executive Committee, and is a past member of both the NCACPA Board of Directors and Foundation Board. Bruce is an active member of the Sunrise Rotary Club and was a Paul Harris Fellow and Rotarian of the Year in both 1998 and 2017.
